Chef Alberto Pacheco —currently leading Es Fumeral, Hannah, Rural, and Estimar— will head the kitchen of Can Reon’s future restaurant alongside his childhood friend, sommelier Daniel Paier, who brings experience from the prestigious Alchemist in Denmark.
This new project will go beyond a simple gastronomic experience: the restaurant will reflect their shared vision of sustainability, self-sufficiency, and social responsibility.
At this year’s CAN REON Festival, they offer a preview of their future cuisine, with a menu that already hints at what’s to come.
