CAN REON experienced a night to remember with the exclusive international performance of Estrella Morente, one of the greatest voices in contemporary flamenco. In an intimate, open-air setting, the audience had the privilege of witnessing the premiere of her new jazz fusion show — a tribute to the great women in music history who have also inspired her upcoming album, set to be released in October at the Teatro Real in Madrid.
Accompanied by the OCO Band —featuring top-level musicians such as Tim Ries (saxophonist for the Rolling Stones) and Antonio Carbonell— Morente delivered an emotional, powerful, and deeply moving concert where flamenco, jazz, and the legacy of the women who have inspired her came together beautifully.
